a little while ago, i was craving something sweet and all we had in was vanilla ice cream (a little bit too plain for me).
suddenly, an idea hit me... i took my bowl of plain old vanilla and mixed in some coconut creme non-dairy creamer. THEN... i tossed in a little shredded coconut, a few ghirardelli chocolate chips and some slivered almonds. OMG it was DEEELISH!!! it tasted just like almond joy ice cream.

just thought i'd share. icon_biggrin.gif

Lol. I haven't tried coffee creamer, but everyone says it isn't good; it's only good with coffee. Is it the same thing as those little packages (little cylinders) at breakfast places?
