That one has chocolate in it and says it's a frosting, but I used it as a filling and it is delicious. It's not an overpowering taste at all, just right.

There's a really good one here on CC, under the recipes. It is for peanut butter cup filling. I made it with a chocolate pound cake, and it was delicious!!

Thanks for asking this!! I have a tasting next weekend, and the bride requested a peanut butter mousse filling. This helps me a lot!!

peanut butter filling is easy.. the way i do it.. is simply take about 1 cup of peanut butter and mix my buttercream icing with it.. this tastes really good and is simple to do.. my bc recipe is
2 cups shortening
1 tsp butter emulsion
5 tsp clear vanilla
1 2lb bag pwd sug
2 tbs of pwd coffee creamer
1/2 cup water minus 2 tbs.
