Hello everyone,
I am in search of ideas for my Neices sweet 16. It takes place next year but I am looking around early to get some tips on what to make for her.She tells me her colors will be baby blue/white. I have looked around the cake galleries for sweet 15. But no luck with that theme. Please share some ideas so i can practice with cake dummies.Thanks to all in advance.


P.S. I forgot to mention this cake needs to feed 250-300 people.(LOL) Yes more like a wedding then sweet 16.

What about a tiered cake covered in the baby blue with white clouds. Then you could make some angels out of fondant/gumpaste/whatever and sit them on the clouds and put "On cloud 16" instead of on cloud 9. Just an idea.
