AHi everyone,

I'm making a chocolate cake filled with SMBC and Hersheys Chocolate frosting. The decoration will include chocolate flavoured fondant roses, royal icing brush embroiderey and a basketweave design with the SMBC (phew!)

What are the steps and processes I need to take in order to store all of these things over night and still have a great cake the next day? (If I can even do that)

Thanks so much for your help, Rhian

AAll my cakes, once decorated, stay at room temperature in a box in my kitchen. The cake will stay fresh so long as it's covered in buttercream/ ganache.

Thanks petitecat! I just wanted to check in case I had to put the fondat roses in the fridge or something like that.

Thanks again, Rhian
