So I live in Mexico and I need to make a 5 tier cake on december 20th I ordered my SPS on november 12th and It's still in New York! So I'm worried and I need a plan B How can i substitute my SPS? TIA!

wooden dowel is one way -- measure one in the cake, mark it, pull it out cut each one the same length as that one --

If you can get Wilton products, try the hidden pillars.  They'll do in a pinch.
