This is my son's groom's cake from this past weekend. He's an avid duck hunter, he loves raccoons (RCA is a Louisiana Thing), so camouflage and a mallard duck were key elements of his cake! The cake platform is a slice of a log!

This is cool! Did you paint the leaves and stuff on the buttercream?

I painted the 'trees' and grasses' onto buttercream, the leaves are fondant, using fall cookie cutters, I just colored the fondant with orange, greens, reds, and mixed them up to look realistic, and then rolled the fondant and cut them out!
