Let me tell you...................I made the White Almond Sour craem cake and I used 2 tsp of the wedding bouquet as flavoring.. Well.............my husband, who is the worlds most pickiest, opinionated, critical food ctitic absolutely loved it. He said no cakes I have ever made tasted bad, but this was the best cake he has ever had,,,,,ever. I almost fell off the couch. I have made at least 10 different cake flavors so far and he absolutely without a doubt only wants me to make this cake for him.So now I have to buy the emulsion in the quart size. Thank you all for posting the praises of this flavor. It really is excellent. Im not a food conniseur but this was excellent.Well worth the money!
I called to order it, but I still have my printout on the counter with the address to mail payment and I kept forgetting.... this is a good reminder to get it done this week!
Foots2, where are you ordering it from? Address or phone number. Seems I saw it at one time on here, but who knows where!
In the very first post of this thread you will see the mailing address to get the Wedding Bouquet and phone number to call the gal.

I bought the biggest bottle and I'm "SO" very glad I did. It is awesome just like Ginny said.
Susie
At the risk of sounding 'late' and 'dumb' since I'm not a professional baker.....what does it TASTE like? My first thought of the name makes it sound like FLOWERS! Is it a really good vanilla? Almond? What?
Thanks!
Sounds wonderful. What is the cost? Being the poor beginner baker that I am I would like to know before I call.
Ginny, did you substitue the vanilla or almond essence for the wb, or add it as extra???
I'm sorry but I can't describe it. I do know to tell you do NOT taste it straight from the bottle. YUCK! You don't have to put it in the fridge and it is awesome tasting in buttercream. I've had several ask me what was in the icing as it was SO YUMMY!
I read through the whole thread about it for you and the gal who told us about it said this:
"I cannot describe the taste except delish.LOL
it has a combo of almond, vanilla, butter and other secret yummies."
another said:
I would say more almondy with a hint of lemony amaretto if you can imagine that!
There is an ingredient label that starts out by listing Oil of lemon and then it says "other essential oils" along with the rest of the ingredients. I will PM it to you if you like. I think the "other essential oils" is her secret.
Here is another posters view:
"I would say the Wedding Bouquet is a lot like Creme Bouquet except instead of being a Lemon-Vanilla like Creme Bouquet is the WB is more a Lemon-Almond. It is heavy on the almond. Butavan is much different than CB or WB IMO."
Hope this helps a little,
Susie

8 oz = $7.00
quart = $24.00
When I ordered back in August the shipping had just gone up. I paid $10 to have it shipped her to northern NY. I got the huge one so it was $34 total. It is worth every cent in my opinion. I don't recall what the shipping for the 8 oz size was going to be. When you consider what the price of a tiny 2 oz flavor in the store is this is a great price.
Susie
Thanks so much Susie. That's a great price. You are absolutely right with the comparison to how much you pay for the 2 oz size. I'm going to order some asap.
Thanks for posting the thread Susie. I remember it now! I wrote her info down and I think I will try a small bottle. I am very curious!
It sounds like it might be very similiar to Princess Cake Flavor, which is citrus-y like Creme Bouquet, but has a touch of almond or nuttiness to it.
I get the quart of Princess Cake Flavor at National Flavors for under $5. www.nationalflavors.com
I don't know about the wedding bouquet but in my butter cream, I add the butter flavor, vanilla, and just a touch of cream bouquet. It tastes great. I am very excited about the princess cake flavor and the wedding bouquet. Im gonna see if my local cake supply has it. That is where I got the cream bouquet. thanks for all the info on here.
Sioann, I live near you and I think I paid $15 for an 8oz bottle (that included shipping).
You can get a QUART of Princess Cake flavor for a little over $4, and the Cream Bouquet is a little over $6 for one QUART. Their shipping is timely and not expensive. I had 3 quarts shipped from Michigan (or some way northern state close to it) to Texas for around six bucks.

I do not think the wedding bouquet tastes at all like the princess cake flavor. I find that the wedding bouquet flavor is unique from, princess, butavan and creme bouquet. If you like almond you will certainly like the wedding bouquet. I use the wedding bouquet in place of other flavors. It is a mixture of flavors in itself and I do not think you want to mess with it by adding others. But if you really want to experiment who's to stop you. Just wanted to add my opinion as I love this stuff myself.
Sharon, you are priceless, a real fun person. I forgot all about the wedding bouquet, now that my memory has been jogged I will order it.
