On September 27, the Cake Central team packed our bags and flew to Tulsa to attend one of the country’s most anticipated cake decorating competitions, the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show (OSSAS). Hosted and directed by Kerry Vincent, one of the industry’s biggest names, OSSAS attracts cakemakers from all over the world. This year’s 20th anniversary show was certainly not to be missed!
