As editors of Cake Central Magazine, we come across countless inspiring things every day. From cakemakers’ stories to wedding inspiration to cool new products, we want to share a few of our favorite finds with you every week. This week we were captivated by intricate piping, perfected poppies and secret gardens.
Here are this week’s faves!
Secret Garden Cookies By alissweettooth
Alissweettooth’s cookies are so charming. I just love the mix of hand painting and gilded piping.
This poppy field wedding cake by Panel7124 caught my eye immediately. The cakemaker’s unique style is absolutely striking; I love how the flora seems to grow right up the tiers of the cake and towards the top layer of the sky!
Blue Magnolia Cake By sixinarow
Single-tiered cakes are often my favorites. The best ones demonstrate a lot of restraint, and sixinarow’s “Blue Magnolia Cake” certainly does this. The overall simplicity lets the bold circle pattern and striking magnolia really stand out, and I love the combination of deep blue and gold.
