Vegan Vanilla Frosting

This recipe was given to me by a vegan customer. It’s so yummy I thought I would share. It was given to me with European measures. I will list both with the converted US measures.

Vegan Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2.5 deciliters vanilla soy milk (about 1 US cup)
  • 1 deciliter coconut or almond milk (about 1/2 US cup)
  • 3/4 tsp. fructose
  • 1 tsp. lecithin granules
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 deciliter melted coconut oil (about 1/4 US cup)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except coconut oil. Once fully mixed slowly add coconut oil. Store in fridge.
