2 sided USMC fondant cake. 4 tier fondant with edible gold damask and rope on the the "formal" side. USMC themed "casual" side, camo, dress blues, Iwo Jima and flag.
My take on the standard TMNT cake. Handmade figures, weapons, lettering. I aged the figures, brick and pretty much anything else I could. The building are made using a ECG (Evil Cake Genius) stencil and were super easy! The cake board is a pizza. I used fondant for the pepperoni and peppers. I used modeling chocolate for the olives and grated it for the mozzarella cheese.

This was my first Topsy Turvy cake and I'm pretty pleased with it. I would like to have carved the tiers a bit more dramatically. Accents are modeling chocolate or fondant except the mask, which was purchased.
