This cake was for my niece's 21st BD. French vanilla cake with BC frosting--attempted to make it look like a box. 2nd Fondant bow--love to do these.
I hate to make petit fours so for a shower I made mini cakes. Used mini bundt pan and filled with almond vanilla cake, BC frosting applied with round tip and smoothed with paper towel. Topped with BC roses. A little more time consuming but definitely less mess.
This is a modified Wilton cake. Swirls and dots on sides in BC. Daisies were suppose to be on each tier but daisies were too big. On candlelight Wilton stand (church did not allow candles so we covered with flowers).

This is an anniversary cake for a couple that I had made their wedding cake. Bottom layer is 11 X 15 and top layer is 9 X 13. Cornelli lace on sides.
Here is a cake that I did for a friend's daughter. No real specifics from dad only that her favorite color is blue. So I thought I would try to make a fondant loop bow. I think it turned out nice.

This is a single layer petal pan with a Smiley on the cake. The other version is a Smiley from a 6" cake on top of petal cake.
Fashioned from a Wilton design, this is a chocolate fudge cake and french vanilla cake frosted in BC with fondant accents of stars, curls and squiggles. Learned alot from this cake about how long to let fondant dry and how easy they are to break. LOL!!! But it was worth it.
