
Romantic Sweetness
I’m particularly proud of this one. It does’nt look like it on the picture but it’s HUGE! The black layer is covered in fondant and the others in marzipan. The flowers are made from cold porcelain except for the lose hydrangea’s, they are gumpaste. And the ruffles…., yes what to tell about those ruffles? Well they took for eeeeeverrrrrr ;-) But Oh my, I'm so happy with the result!! Thanks for watching! XX Nancy

Celebrate The Sixties!!
Last week I entered the Dutch Taart & Trends (Cake & Trends) Cake contest with this cake and I won 3 prizes. The first prize for the best taste, the 1st prize for the best decoration and the 1st prize in the highest categorie Gold fo over all score. I'm so happy with these results :-) It was a Lemon-Ginger sponge cake filled with Lemoncurd & Vanillacream.
