Chocolate cake with peanut butter cream cheese filling. Figures are fondant/gumpaste mix and completely edible, minus the tooth picks for support :) thank goodness cakes are perishable or I would have kept this one forever!

Pink & Brown Bling
*This cake was for a mama who wanted jewels, bling, and sparkles, but not tacky of course. I decorated a dollar store candle, and added rhinestone bling around the cake board. Flowers are gumpaste. I travelled back to my hometown to do this cake and forgot to take the right shade of brown. It turned out very reddish teddy bear brown, so I added melted chocolate chips to my homemade fondant recipe and prayed. The colour turned out perfectly and the fondant tasted SOO deliciously chocolatey. I think I'll have to do the chocolate fondant again! Thanks for looking!

My Camero
My first time carving a cake. It wasnt as bad as I thought! This cake is one of many for a dealership grand opening - cake for nearly 500 people. Thanks to the inspiration from those who have previously done the transformers bumble bee cake! Tires are Oreo cookies wrapped in fondant, with edible wafer paper rims.

Teal And White
I got two weeks notice to do this cake! Topper is from Michael's and it was my first experience doing the quilted embossed pattern. I covered all of the cakes then moved on to doing the pattern - next time I would do the pattern immediately after covering to avoid the tearing that happened because it was too dry! Everything is edible but the topper!

Giant Rider Cupcake
I made this for my friend's birthday (sadly it didnt even get cut into). The "wrapper" is a milk chocolate shell which was delicious, and I used the remainder of it to cover chocolate strawberries then piped the seams with white icing.Green rosettes with sprinkles and a fondant logo that I did by hand. I origionally had polka dots all over the top, but it looked too much like a Christmas tree!

I made these for a summer birthday actually. They are dark chocolate cake with yellow and red sugar sprinkles for coals. Black icing for the grill, and chopped up 5 cent candies as vege kabobs skewed on toothpicks. Hot dogs are hot tamales, hamburgers are chocolate wafers, and the chicken thigh is a molded caramel. I thought the towel they are set on looks like a picnic tablecloth :) Overall, pretty easy!
