I made these with the Hershey perfectly chocolate cake recipe and a white cake mix, then decorated with cream cheese buttercream and gumpaste flowers.
DD wants me to make her wedding cake, so I am getting lots of practice on the weekends! If I did this one over again, I would put the blue cake on bottom - cake looks top heavy. This is my first time making the carnations, the gumpaste rope, the swirls on top (used a stencil and buttercream). My first time using pillars and my first time doing the swirled dots on the top cake.
