This is a montage of my Iranian Mosque cake I did for Cake International in London this April 2013. The whole cake was covered in white fondant then it was painted using confectioners varnish and food colours then overpiped, some of it was piped then painted on top. It took about 16 days in total to complete

Anemone themed 'stained glass' wedding cake. This is a display cake for this springs wedding fayres. The sugar flower on top is wired with seed head stamens and the ones on the middle of the cake are totally edible. The flowers on the cake where drawn on free-hand using pictures of real flowers for reference and painted on using edible dusts and gels mixed with confectioners glaze.
