Peacock Wedding Cake
This was my first wedding cake! All cream cheese buttercream, red velvet with a raspberry white chocolate cream cheese filling. The peacock was made out of gumpaste and painted with luster dust and pearl airbrush paint. I love how it turned out! I made the feathers from a silicone mold and attached them to a fondant/gumpaste tale base. The hardest part was the weight of the tail and bird. I had to add a lot of support to keep it from tearing off the back of the top tier and gave it a slight lean. Not sure how to counter act that in the future, but I'd make one again anytime!

Lemon Wedding Cake And Cake Pops
The bride choose cake pops and a small cake to cut for her wedding. There were over 300 cake pops in the flavors of cookies and cream, lime and pink lemonade. The guests LOVED the cake pops and I am still getting compliments on how wonderful they tasted! Colors were yellow and green because the couple meet at university of Oregon.

Teal And Pink Wedding Cake Pops
I was so honored and thankful to have these cake pops featured in Cake Central's magazine in the teal and pink wedding section! I have been creating cake pops for a little over a year and didn't really want to make them at first until I was prompted by a friend to make some. They are now my favorite type of cake to work with because of their creativity and uniqueness. I love trying new designs and have also been creating tasty gourmet flavors that people have been crazy for! I also want to thank my dear friend Lahna Marie of Photography by Lahna Marie.
