My first ever wedding cake. French Vanilla top tier, choc/choc chip with caramel fleur de sol bottom tier.
First time trying the antique look. I really liked the way it turned out.
This was my first attempt at a minecraft cake and my customer was on a very low budget so tried to make it work with and edible image on rice paper. Not very happy with the results of the rice paper due to the fact that I did not cover ganache with fondant which than showed thru when glueing on. Still thought I would share it though to show avenues when people can't afford those hand cut minecraft cakes that drive us all a bit nutty,lol.
For 2 brothers celebrating their birthdays in the same week. This was what the older brother wanted for his cake. I was not sure how I was going to pull it off but it worked out pretty good.
Another one of those cakes that is hard just due to the fact that these type of go-karts have no real body it is all just frame work. Client was really happy with cake although I will say not my favorite cake I have ever made.
Although this cake was for a man's baby shower he was taking part of it home to his wife and I was so tired of doing men's baby shower cakes I told my hubby that this time I was doing a pretty baby shower cake,lol. No guns , military stuff or fitness theme this time just pure cuteness.

I wanted to make this cake an exact replica so every piece of this cake was measured to great detail.
I wanted to keep this cake fun and colorful and yet not go cheap and tacky with over the top detail.
Reese's bedroom is also paris themed.
We originally were going to do a tiered precious moments cake but then it changed to the baby bum design but we wanted to still keep the precious moments theme so I did the front "BABY" with the precious moments animals.
When Lila's mum said she wanted a rainbow cake and that rainbow sours were Lila's favorite I just knew I wanted to do this design for the cake.
This cake is a 6" round and about 7 1/2" tall and vanilla cake with buttercream.
This was for my sons teacher who is a big Tampa bay Buccaneer's fan and she loves, loves, loves ladybugs so we thought this would be fun.
This cake was a cake I did for icing smiles for a little girl who had just undergone a bone marrow transplant and this was her dream cake she wanted. Unfortunately due to her diet restrictions she was not allowed to eat it. She had wanted a n icecream cake but seeing as I did not do those I thought it would be a fun thing to put on the cake as laugh and she loved it.
