50Th Anniversary

This cake was meant to have calla lilies on it and a gold 50 topper. Didn't fit in the carrier with it, so it got passed to my client as is, and I never got a pic of the finished product.. oh well. I also used the cricut cake on the bottom tier.

Bride really didn't want fondant so I used a Cream Cheese Buttercream, to go with the Vanilla w/ Pink Champagne filling, Key Lime, and Strawberry cakes. So much harder to get smooth! Perfectionist that I am, I finally had to say "good enough" :)

Sweet 16 In Black And White

This was my first... well.. just about everything.... i had never used fondant before.. i was a bit nervous, since i didn't have time to practice... but turns out, it was much easier to work with than i anticipated.... end result : my sister was very happy with her wedding cake :)
