Spiral Bicycle Cake
This was done for a 40th birthday of an avid bike rider. The cake is covered in MMF and crushed cookies and cake crumbs that were leftover from sculpting the cake. The spiral was made by cutting an 8 and 10 inch round. I eyeballed it and played with it until I liked the shape and then covered it with whipped ganache and MMF. The grass was made with royal icing and the trees, bicycle, and figurine are made with Fondant mixed with CMC.

White Board With Marker And Eraser
My daughter came home from school and said, I volunteered you to bring a cake to the end of the year party tonight. I had 3 hours to bake and decorate a cake. My daughter helped me a lot with this one as I had 3 other orders for that week to work on. The cake is covered in fondant and hand painted with silver dust mixed w/alcohol. The word in Hebrew is Have a nice vacation.

A Wonderful Way To Say Thank You
This is a sheetcake with buttercream icing and piping. The flowers are made from royal icing and buttercream. The Gerbera dasies have colorflow centers with Thank you written in different languages. As this was a cake for the teachers and we live in Israel, the word in the center is thank you in Hebrew.
