I had never tried making a big bow with the Massa chocolate fondant. It's kind of soft, but it did ultimately dry hard enough to make this nice bow. Everyone loves the taste.
My First Bouche De Noel
My very first attempt at a Bouche de Noel. I cheated by making the mushroom from gum paste, and not meringue. Other than that, I was pleased that things turned out. Using a slightly damp kitchen towel to roll up the sponge really helps!
