Soccer, Baseball and Footballs are RKT covered in fondant, everything else is cake. Bottom tier was White Chocolate Mud with Cream Cheese, Strawberry filling, top tier (Basketballhoop and net and basketball) was Chocolate Fudge with Chocolate pudding filling.

This was actually for a 30th birthday. The birthday girl wanted Ariel and Eric to be depicted. Her name is Rie. This was a last minute order, so no time for models. Everything is edible except the daydream bubble and Ariel. Purple coral is made from sugar. The picture is much darker than the real life colors. The main color was a blue-green...not deep green.
