I almost forgot to take a picture of this cake! I had to take the picture with the cake in the trunk of my car so I wouldn't be late delivering it. Mom showed me a picture of a similar cake, so thanks for the inspiration to whoever came up with this design. TFL.

Anniversary Cookies

A year ago my cousin married his high school sweetheart in Mexico. To celebrate their first anniversary they invited friends and family for a BBQ and I brought these lemon-lime sugar cookies. The flip flops are in their wedding colours. TFL.

Ashley's Sample Cake

This is a sample of the top tier of a wedding cake I will be doing in July. The bride's colours are coral and silver. This was my first time doing roses using circle cutters and I'm really happy with how they turned out. If anyone has any tips in removing cornstarch though, I'd love to hear them. I used a dry paint brush to brush it off, but I still thought they looked a little dusty. 6 inch Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting filling and vanilla buttercream mask, then covered in MMF. Barbie Make Over Themed Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a friend's daughter's birthday. I decorated 6 cupcakes for the Moms and supplied 12 undecorated cupcakes with little cupcake decorating packages for the birthday girl and her friends to decorate. Each package had a little paper purse which held the sprinkles and gumpaste decorations, and an icing bag filled with 3 oz. of buttercream. The little girls had a blast decorating their own cupcakes! Gerbera Daisy Baptism

This cake had many first for me. It's the first time I've done quilting on fondant, drapping fondant and making Gerbera Daisies. I spent a lot of time on the internet researching! :) With the exception of my scroll work, I am very pleased with how this design turned out. The 6 and 8 inch tiers are Italian Cream cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream. The 10 inch tier is chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip filling and chocolate buttercream. All are covered in MMF. TFL.

Ribbon Roses

8 inch carrot cake with cream cheese icing, fondant roses and pearls. I think Santa should bring me a pearl mold for Christmas. The pearls took forever to roll out individually! :)

German Shepherd Puppy Cake

Polly Pocket Waterslide Cake

My DD had a waterslide party for her 7th Birthday and she's been begging me for Polly Pockets for about 2 years now. This cake is a combination of the two. The giant cupcake is chocolate cake with orange buttercream and the 16" base cake is styrofoam flavoured (it's a dummy cake). :)

7Th Birthday

I made these cookies as favors for my DD's 7th Birthday. It was my first time using the NFSC recipe and they tasted amazing! I also used Antonia74's RI recipe substituting a little corn syrup for water so the icing wouldn't be too hard. They were perfect for eating and the kids loved them!
