Harley Theme Cookie Bouquet
Bride/Groom both ride Red Harley Low Riders. NFSC/Fondant/Antonia74 Icing. I can't pipe a circle to save my life. But I know they will like them no matter what. Saw many like these in the galleries, thanks everyone for posting yours for inspiration.
Chocoholic Harley Grooms Cake
Chocolate Fudge cake with Whipped Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Buttercream (Indidebi's) Fondant logo and flames, all hand cut. Wish they would have let me do this in all fondant, but they don't like it, so they can remove the logo for cutting. Cut the cake board myself with my band saw to match the hexagon, Flame material with food safe clear covering, cake is on a cardboard so not really touching the board. Thanks Doug for designing the cutting chart for this cake! You rock!!!
Just a small cake for my son the computer nerd's birthday. He is a IT Technician in the Natl Guard, and has 2 computers and a lap top going at home all the time. Had to make a small cake in a hurry to put it on as he came home a day early, I wasn't ready yet, also made a small cake for their anniversary, so lots of cake!
My Cupcake Stand/tower
6, 8, 10, 12, 14" masonite circles, Using pvc pipe as spacers, all thread through center with threaded bolt at top, drawer knobs for feet. Thanks to all the other creative ccr's for their examples, sketches and directions for their cupcake towers.
Magenta/black With Pearls
This is a dummy cake, 12,10,8 and 6. I have been trying to teach myself some new techniques, thank you to those who responded to my thread about the pleated tier, and to all the CC'rs that I got inspiration from all your beautiful cakes, and all the helpful advice on the forums. Each tier has a different technique, and I still have a lot to learn. I have decided that whoever thought the diamond pattern with dragees/pearls was good design should #1 be congratulated on a beautiful design, or #2 taken behind the wood shed and shot!, must be a 100 of them on there. All fondant with handmade pearls, sprayed with pearl sheen. I just used some ribbon and silk flowers I had laying around to see what it would look like. Sorry so long! Oh yeah, and excuse the man behind the sheet, ha, hubs was helping out!
Jungle Theme Baby Shower Mini Puzzle Cake
I was so impressed with the ones that NoahLili and KimmieJ did that I just had to try it. WOW, was this a lot of work, there are 48 mini cakes, 4 flavors, Key Lime w/ lime curd, Chocolate w/ Oreo filling, Chai Tea w/ Cinnamon BC and WASC w/ Raspberry. I filled then like you would a cupcake. They are iced in BC and then covered in fondant with fondant hand cut animals. These are for my DIL's baby shower, our first grand child (BOY) so yes it was worth every hour it took me to make them. They go with the cookies I posted earlier. TFL!
Jungle Baby Shower Cookies
NFSC, fondant with RI. The shower is Jungle themed, using blues and greens but I had to throw in a Zebra and a Giraffe Print for fun.
Thank you to all the CCr's that have posted Las Vegas style cakes, you all are such great inspiration! Made this for my DIL's boss for his birthday. He just returned from a birthday trip to Vegas. 6" top tier, WASC with Raspberry mousse and torted with Raspberry filling, 8" bottom tier, Chocolate, with Chocolate ganache and torted with Oreo Cookie filling. The decorations are made with fondant and I used an edible image for the 4 Aces on top, flipped them up like you were looking at a hand of cards, the backs are also an edible image of playing cards. Have to give my son and DIL credit, they helped make the poker chips and dice. Great job kids! TYFL
Jennifer Dontz Class Flowers
Just took a class with Jennifer Dontz. She is an amazing teacher and person. The Cymbidium Orchid is my favorite, but the others were awesome to make too! TFL

The Panda, bamboo, and lettering are all made from fondant. PS... I LOVE MY NEW EXTRUDER!!! Thank you to all of the ccr's who have posted pictures of their cakes with panda's and bamboo.
First Place - Children's Miracle Network Cake Show
Thank you to vlin28 for the inspiration for this cake, and all the other ccr's that have posted pics of Jungle theme cakes, and jungle animals. This started out as a practice for my DIL's baby shower and I decided what the heck and entered it into the cake show. I won 1st place in the Intermediate Tiered Division. I got to go to a Demo with Norm Davis and he was one of the Celebrity Judges, so I especially feel honored.
