Rumble In The Jungle
This is for my daughters 1st birthday cake. It is based off of her favorite book 'Rumble in the Jungle'. I even incorporated her 'smash' cake as part of the cake as the elephant, that is why I went with Buttercream instead of fondant to make it 'smash' better. Animals are Rice Crispy Treat covered in fondant and the cake is a white almond with almond BC

Giraffe Cake
Thank you tonicake for your inspiration. My first attempt at a 3-d cake. White almond sour cream cake with vanilla Bc and MM fondant. Body is 3 9"rounds and a doll cake. Head is a ball cake, shaped. Legs are mini doll cakes, shaped. Ears and horn things are fondant. I haven't figured out why sometimes you can really see the layers under the fondant and it gets air bubbly, but not all the time. It still turned out alright.

Train!
This was for a friends birthday. To explain the Train; I live by a railroad and whenever we have a party and a train goes by my friend (who the cake is for) initiates a round of shots for everyone. The cake is funfetti and the patron bottle is Rice Krispy treat and I just hand painted the labels. My first attempt at a 3D object. I still need to figure out how to cover different shapes with fondant. Thanks CC for all the inspiration for this cake!

Protea Flower
I had a birthday cake for someone from South Africa and they wanted something elegant and representative of South Africa so I made the national flower, A protea, from gumpaste. I just looked at a photo from the internet and designed it and made it up. I don't think they make a cutter for this flower, I think it turned out really well.
