Wedding cake for a couple who got married on the beach. I can't take credit for the design....the bride had given me a pic to go off of. Scrolls and latice all hand-piped with fondant accents. Flowers made from fondant, dusted with pearl dust, and entire cake was airbrushed with super pearl. TFL!

Rustic Wedding
Cake for a couple who had a rustic themed wedding. The "Crate" is made from dried fondant panels, painted to resemble wood and stenciled with the letter of their last name and wedding date, and the "basket" is dried fondant panels airbrushed to looke like wood with a copper painted fondant band. The "dirt" is oreos ran through the food processor, and the flowers are real. TFL!

This was a cake for my Dad's 60th birthday. Several years ago my family was watching a stand up comedic who had a bit about trying to feed hamburger to a cow, and it has become a long standing family joke. I saw a pic of this cow on the internet.....if you are on CC, thank you so much for the inspiration! The "hamburger" and "bun" are cake and the "cow" is made from rice crispy treats. TFL!
