Lemon cake with Raspberry preserve filling. Buttercream fondant (Duff's which actually worked out really nicely!) all rest of decorations are MMF. Cake is for my BFF for her 40th bday, hope she likes it. Decor was inspired by a cocktail napkin :)

Scooby Doo Cake For Girl

This cake was for a 5 year old girl's bday party. Who says that Scooby Doo is only for boys? :) It's a white cake with chocolate mousse frosting with MMF. All flowers and decorations are also MMF.

Rose Wedding Cake

This cake was for an outdoor wedding taking place in a Japanese Garden. The biggest challenge was that I had to build the cake onsite and work with whipped cream in the heat! It turned out great but it was very trying to do it as the guests passed by and commented. All in all it was a success. The cake was butter cake with a peaches and dulce de leche mousse filling, very yummy!

Baby Shower Ducky Cuppie

These are cupcakes I made for a baby shower with a ducky theme. I hand sculpted all of the "rubber" duckies out of MM fondant, the eyes are pearl dragees with black food color. The cupcakes were butter cake with a Marshmallow frosting that has a great consistency for piping out of a bag.

Star Wars Death Star Cake

Star Wars Cake for my husband's 33rd bday. He is a major SW fan and wanted a cake with the death star. Death star made of rice crispy treats covered in fondant. Cake is butter cake with chocolate mousse filling. I have blast making it and he LOVED it!

Wow Wow Wubbzy Cake

This cake was for my baby's 2nd birthday - he LOVES Wubbzy. It's a 2 layer 10x13 cake with pineapple & whip center. Wubbzy was hand cut out of MMF and all decorations on cake (minus a couple of gold dragees and the candle) are made out of MMF.

Amber's 21St Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my niece for her 21st birthday. I also made the cake jewelry (it was my first time designing the topper). The butter cake was covered with homemade marmallow fondant and had a strawberries and cream filling.
