A friend asked me to make a gluten free "pretty cake" for her co-workers birthday. I've made several petal effect cakes and I saw one similar with these bright colored flowers on here (can't remember who to give credit to...sorry!) and loved it so thanks for the inspiration!

Teacher retirement cake that I enjoyed making. Strawberry cake and BC with fondant accents. I added a 2nd "Drama" book on top before this cake was actually picked up. TFL
I had to try my hand at the Rosette cake. I've seen so many on here and happen to have had an extra cake one weekend to practice on. It was surprisingly very easy and I can't wait to make again for a special occasion for someone. My sister saw this picture and told me it looked like a hat that she'd gladly wear....okay!!! LOL
This was made for a TV anchor who has found a new hobby...cooking on his Big Green Egg Grill. This was a fun cake to make. WASC and Choc Fudge cake with BC. RKT burgers and everything else is fondant. Saw many cakes on CC which really inspired me and helped to to know what to do. Thanks you all!
