Uva Sheet Cake

A friend at church asked me to make a b-day cake for her hubby. He loves UVA, so I did this. All buttercream frosting over chocolate cake. I can't wait to take more classes and learn new skills. (I've only taken course 1 so far!)

Small Dress Cake

Smaller dress cake I made forthe same bridal shower. Buttercream frosting, scroll work and sugar crystals at bodice. Just having fun w/leftover pieces from the sheet cake.

Brides Dress

Buttercream frosting over Fudge marble cake, w/fondant bodice and buttercream roses. Sparkle sugar crystals on the skirt. I've only taken course one, so far. and had a lady at my church ask me to make a bridal shower cake. I made a sheet cake, and had alot of cake left over from leveling the two layers, so I cut out the dress shape and made two of these. The smaller one wasn't as pretty, but I LOVE this one. The brides colors were John Deere green and yellow.
