Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. I used the crown patchwork cutter for the crown and the Princess imprint. and I used a flower imprint mat into the fondant icing and lustre dusted everything. Didn't choose the perfect background for these photographs, but it was all I had to hand lol. My girls really loved these ones! Thank you for looking. Let me know what you think! x

Hi, This is an 8" sponge cake with the base cut off. I covered this cake in once piece, but next time I think I would do it in separate pieces. cosmetics and ipod are made of 50/50 fondant/CMC. Board covered with fondant and impression at used.
Hi, I loved making this cake. 10" sponge cake, filled with jam and buttercream, covered in fondant icing with fondant rope borders and cow pattern. Figures are 50/50 fondant/CMC. I am getting better with my faces - lol. The writing is to represent the toy story logo. Thanks for looking

This is our local rugby team (HKR). I used the t-shirt cake pan. HKR badge is a printed edible image. Cake covered in fondant. Royal icing used for the logo across the shirt. I think I could do with a little more practice with royal icing writing.

This was for my daughters 10th birthday, she thinks she is so grown up and loves shoes and bags, so I thought I would make her a grown up cake lol. the bottom is a 10" maderia cake and the top is a 6" victoria sponge cake. covered with fondant and girl and shoes are gumpaste.

Giant cupcake using the wilton cupcake tin. Used the recipe that they recommended which was really nice (chocolate chip). Bottom covered with fondant. Top covered with vanilla butter cream - with a sprinkle of chocolate and glitter! Thanks for looking - any comments welcome.
