Jonas Brothers
This is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream icing.The plaques of the Jonas Brothers was a technique I got from Kate Sullivans Book (Kate's Cake Decorating) using royal icing. And I added dragees as an accent I made this for my great niece's 8th birthday. She loves chocolate and the Jonas Brothers. She loved it.

Piggy At The Beach
This is a cake I made for my sister's birthday. She loves pigs. The body and legs are spice cake and the head is rice krispies treats. Iced with cinnamon buttercream icing and covered in fondant. The flower is a candle. Didn't do so well at the 1st time making a full body pig. But, I'm sure she will like it anyway.

Wrestling Ring
This is a cake I made for my two grandsons for their 7 & 8th birthday this year. They Love wrestling. This cake is a Chocolate fudge with peanut butter icing covered with fondant. The poles are dowel rods covered with fondant and the ropes are made with twizzlers pull away cherry licorice. The kids loved it.

Basket Of Roses
This is a Birthday cake I made for my neice for her birthday. First time I ever tried t,o make a basket. There are 4 candles that look like roses.One to the front ,one to each side and one to the back. All the roses are made with royal icing.The handles on the basket are made with floral wire and wrapped in fondant.

Pigs Rolling In Mud
This is a picture of pigs rolling in mud that I made for my sister-in-laws grandmothers 80th Birthday. I covered the momma pig with fondant and the rest is regular buttercream and chocolate butttercream. I used the sports ball cake pan for the momma pig to make the head and body.and a mini round pan for the snout. The arms are fondant. Held together with dowell rods.
