Dachshaund 3D Cake
Wow, this fella nearly did me in! My chocolate fondant is obviously too dry, and his head was pretty tricky to stay on the rather plump body, but for my first 3D cake, I ended up rather pleased. There's always room for improvement, right? Hahaha! He's WASC with BC filling covered in ChocoMMF...

Buttercream Cupcake Cake
So, the lady that ordered this wanted it all in buttercream. Obviously, it was done before I found out about high humidity BC! It was August, in East Texas, and melting in my kitchen while I was decorating! She was still thrilled and has ordered more, though, so I guess I'm my own worse critic!

Graduation Cake For Art / Photography Major
My brother in law just graduated from the University of Texas with his BA in art / photography. Here I super imposed some of the work he did during his senior year onto his cake via edible transfers. You can only see three here, but there's a total of 7 over the cake. He's a pretty modern guy, so after struggling for weeks over how to decorate it, I went with simple modern circles. It was a WASC cake filled with BC and covered in fondant.

Sports Birthday Cake
This is a yellow cake with fudge filling covered in high humidity BC. The footballs, baseballs, basketballs, and soccerballs were made of fondant, as were the stars and block lettering. The main thing I would have done differently was to use royal icing instead of piping gel on the black detailings.
