New Lion's Club Charter Cake

3-tiers, all different cake and filling flavors. Bottom tier is 2 half sheet cakes, stacked. 10 inch round on top of that then another 10 inch round carved in the shape of the pin. Lion's Club pin hand cut from custom colored fondant (very tedious). Tried FBCT, but thought this looked better.

My first wedding cake! Bottom tier chocolate with mocha chocolate chip buttercream filling. 2nd tier white with homemade rasberry filling. Top tier white with homemade lemon buttercream filling. All frosted with buttercream. Stripes, circles, and roses on top are made from tinted fondant.

Cake is white with strawberry & cream filling, frosted with butter cream. Bathtub is rice cereal treat covered in fondant. Pearls, roses, dog, books,bubbles, wine glass, candles picture frames are fondant. Tv is fondant covered styrofoam. Doll is Wilton and portraits are edible images.

Circus Elephant Cake. Cake and drum are funfetti cake layered in vanilla butter cream and frosted with tinted vanilla butter cream. Fondant used for accents. Elephant made from cereal treats, then covered in fondant.

Wwe Wrestling Ring

WWE wrestling ring. Butter cream with fondant details. Ropes and 4 corner posts were part of the wrestling ring toy the client provided. Used fondant covered styrofoam squares to support the poles and robes on outside of cake. Next time I'll use fondant for the mat because the figures were so heavy .

Handy Manny Cake For James

Bottom is marble cake, 2nd is white with strawberry and buttercream fill. Top is chocolate with vanilla butter cream fill. All frosted with tinted vanilla buttercream. Screw heads are fondant painted with edible silver airbrush paint. Tape measure and work gloves are fondant as well as the wooden name plate. Don't yet have an airbrush, so painted made knot holes and painted on dark brown edible airbrush paint for detail. Toolbox is toys that belong to James. Secured the tools in place with royal icing. 4 larger surrounding tools are also toys belonging to the birthday boy.

Tinker Bell's Pixie Hollow

Photo isn't too good........bummer! Bottom is 1/2 sheet chocolate cake w/straw. fill. 2nd is white cake w/straw fill, top is straw. cake w/vanilla buttercream fill. All frosted in tinted vanilla butter cream. Waterfall made from adding blue piping gel to the green butter cream and some chocolate rocks where used. Water lillies, little white flowers and mushrooms were made from fondant. The rest is butter cream. I took the photo at the client's house since she had the toy fairies. Wish I had gotten a better shot.
