Yankee Cake

This was a chocolate cake layered with raspberry marmalade, chocolate ganache, and Grand Marnier chocolate mousse topped with chocolate buttercream. The jersey was made with fondant/gumpaste as well as the baseball cap. However, since this was my first hat cake, I know next time I will not use gumpaste as it started to crack which you can see on the hat. Some room for improvement. Thanks for looking!

Anniversary Cake

This is a white almond cake layered with homemade fresh raspberry whipped cream. The icing was cream cheese icing with coconut shavings. The flowers are made with royal icing accented with fresh raspberries.

Orlando Magic Finals 21St Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my sister's friend's 21st birthday. I found it age appropriate especially for a guy! It was during the Lakes-Magic basketball finals and he loved the Orlando magic so I put his last name on the underwear!
