Guitar Cake - Fender Strat
We originally made a Fender Electric Guitar Cake just so we could take pictures of it and post them on our website. Within three weeks we got an order. Unfortunately the customer said she wanted the cake to look like the one on our website, so this cake looks just like our other one. lol

Dragon Cake
This cake was for a sweet sixteen birthday celebration. The dragon is made from rice krispie treats, thinly covered in white fondant, air brushed a light green and then hand brush with Citrus colored Disco Dust. The dragon looked cool enough as it was, but once we added the Citrus Disco Dust it really came alive. The birthday girl herself helped in the design of the cake.

Diamond Cake
This is a cake we just did for a company function. The sugar art on top is a three dimentional version of their company logo, or at least what I pictured it as looking like. Other than our Beer Bottles and Ice, which we use molds for, this is the first time I've done sugar art by actually fusing each piece together. It's also the first time I used colors in the sugar mixture, which was a lot of fun. I'm still not sure I like offering sugar art like this because of how fragil it is. I took my torch along on the delivery just in case anything happened on the way.

Coors Light Beer Bottle Cake
It's been awhile since we've had a beer bottle order, so this one was a lot of fun. I had to rush on the bottle caps to get the delivery out, so I'm afraid I didn't do as good a job on them as I would have liked to. Otherwise I think this is one of our best sugar beer bottle cakes.

Baby Shower Zoo Cake
This is a Zoo Animals cake we made for a Baby Shower. Everything is edible. Most of the animals are gum paste and a couple are fondant. When we first put on the wafer sticks I didn't like how they looked, but after air brushing them with some pink pearl sheen I ended up loving how they came out.

Football Helmet Cake
This is our first Football Helmet cake. The mask is a 50/50 mixture of gumpaste and fondant. Unfortunately, I rolled the fondant too thick and by morning the top of the helmet was cracked all over, so I had to pull everything off and when I did the facemask broke into several pieces. So I had only two hours to go out and find a replacement facemask. After checking every store and sports store in our area I finally found one on a gag helmet at Spenser's Gifts. By the time I got back we had only one hour to refondant the helmet, attach the facemask and remake all the little accessories. But we made it in time for the customer to pick it up. I was still disappointed because her son's real helmet has a yellow facemask, so the one she got didn't match her son's. Oh well, at least we were able to redo the cake. I also need to work on the shape of the helmet. Thanks for looking!!!

Hannah Montana Cake
We just completed this Hannah Montana cake for a seven year old's birthday. I wish I could say we designed this, but our customer sent us a picture of a cake similar to this one and asked us to replicate it. We did make some minor changes though. One of them was the mic, which I tried making more realistic. Everything is edible except the sticks holding the stars and banners.
