Mario Brothers Cake

This was a Mario Bros cake that I made for a little boy turning 5. The 2 tier cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling. The cake is covered in fondant and airbrushed in blue. The decorations were made out of gumpaste. The Mario topper was made using foam for the head and chest covered in fondant. TFL

Miami Dolphins Merengue Cake

This was a simple cake made for my brother in law who absolutely loves th dolphins. The cake was a vanilla butter cake with natilla filling and covered in merengue. I quickly made the little dolphin and football to compliment the cake. i airbrushed the cake in orange and added all the details. TFL

Trophy Cake

This cake was to be made for a birthday party. It was probably on of the most difficult to make. The cake was over 3 feet tall. The bottom structure is covered with rice crispie treats and the top of the trophy are 2 tiers of cake vanilla butter cake with strawberriy and jam filling. The cake was covered in fondant and the image on the front is of the gentleman who won the competition. We decided not to add the side handles of the cake arrived at the venue. Unfortunately it did not arrive in one piece. Trying to divert from a possible acciedent caused it to come crumbling down. This was my first and hopefully last cake disaster. Hope you enjoy the pic. Block Baby Shower Cake

This cake was a 2 tier cake. The cake gives the illusion of having 4 tiers. The bottom tier is rum cake with buttercream filling and the 3 tier from the bottom up is rum cake with guava filling. The cake was covered in fondant and decorates using gumpaste and styrofoam to create the baby blocks. TFL
