Party At The Igloo
We made this for our Family Christmas Party. Baked it in a Stainless steel bowl. Used a Twinkie for the front door of the cake with mini marshmallows. After frosting it we let it start to crust so we could get the lines on with a skewer.Blue Gel icing for the water, Green for the light cord, cut up mini candies for the lights. We found these awesome little marshmallow trees, snowmen and santa at Zellers. The Penguin jellies and yougurt covered raisins finished our scene off. Thanks for looking! :)

The oval Cake Shape was inspired by a cake here by Oneway! Marshmallow Cones & Bamboo Skewer Flags anchored the Cake towers to the cake. Rock Candy for coral, star cady for Starfish, Wavy candles for some more seaweed and plastic toys helped to set the scene for our Mermaid Cake. Clothes Line Cake
My version of a clothesline cake. :) Friends of ours just had a baby boy, so my girls & I got this cake made to take over with a pan of Lasagna & Salad when they had got home from the hospital. We used little Clothes stickers(with the backing still on) to l to decorate the line & cake with. Will have to keep my eye out for the Wiltons cutters to try our hand at an edible version of the clothes for our next go at this style of cake :)Thanks for looking!

Luau Birthday Cupcakes For Kindergarden Class
My oldest DD had a My Little Pony Butterfly Island Luau Birthday last year and she helped me make these for her class to enjoy on her Birthday. We added Pina coloda mix to the Yellow cake mix to help make it a nice Coconut taste. We used Golden Oreo's that we crushed up in the food processor for the sand, Wilton's Blue color mist for the waves & some cute little Turtle candies that we found in the bulk section at a grocery store. The umbrellas were a real hit with the kids, lol.
