Square Wedding Cake
This is my very 1st square, fondant covered, PAID wedding cake!!! It is classic white cake with pink BC filling and fondant . The florwers are real. The bride sent me a picture she saw on carriescakes.com and I did my best to copy it. The picture quality isn't the greatest, I forgot my camera and only had my phone. (thank goodness I remembered I had my phone ;) )

Camera Cake
I attempted to make this cake for my bother, his photo got selected to be in a gallery at the Museum of Fine Arts. It came out OK but there are a few things I would do differently next time. (Like use a sponge cake) My lens started to flatten from the weight of the fondant. I got this idea for the "fun cakes for special occasions" book by Ann Nicol. There are alot of cute ideas in there. I can't wait to try more.

Graduation Hockey
This is a cake that my cousin ordered for her sons graduation party. it is exactly what she wanted, but I wish I had talked her out of putting the blue gel over they whole top. It was so much better before I did that. Also the top tier bounced around on the trip there and had to be turned around because all the writing (Congratulations) was smudged or came off onto the cake carrier. Oh well, he said he loved it and that all that really matters.

Superhero
This is the final prduct of 2 weeks of work. Making the cookie cutters, doing the cookies (GOD LOVE all you cookie makers!) then the 3 cakes (that was the easiest part!) I also did the star lollipops. I got the insperation for this cake from the 2007 Wilton Yearbook. Each cake is a different flavor (chocolate, classic yellow, and funfetti). The buildings are NFSC with royal. I blurred out my sons name (I have issues with my kids names on the internet :P) but those were also done with NFSC and RI.
