This was my first time to make a monkey. I didn't really know how to work with fondant. I was just playing around. I was really happy with them!
They wanted the cake to say RCPM which stands for Roger Cline and the Peace Makers. This was my first time to cover a cake with luster dust!
Customer wanted a steak sandwich cut in half because for their honeymoon they went to Del Rancho and shared a steak sandwich. They loved it!
