This is my very first fully fonant covered cake and wedding cake. I had so many problems with it, but was thankful that most of it was not visible. It is completely coverd with MMF and fondant tips would be greatly appreciated as I have not found the courage to a fondant covered cake again!
This cake was made with some left over "pieces" I had (bees and bows) and I really like how it turned out. It is red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting!

This cake was made for a little boy who loves pooh bear. It is iced in buttercream with fondant bees and chocolate pooh bear. I loved making this cake and it was yummy. Chocolate cake with dulce de leche filling.

I made these for my boyfriend to take to a super bowl party. It made my day just to see how happy he was when he saw that they weren't "ordinary" cupcakes. lol
These were fun to make but a bit labor intensive. I can't wait to make them in a bouquet...
This is my first fondant bow. I was not able to stand it up as I had originally planned. The cake is frosted with cream cheese frosting and the decor is all fondant. TFL
This is my first FBCT. It did not come out quite the way I envisioned, but I liked it. The cake is yellow butter with rasberry swirl. I look forward to having a perfected FBCT

This is my first castle cake. It turned out better than I expected, but I so would have done things differently now. There just wasn't enough time! The cake is all Creamcheese frosting and chocolate fudge cake. I hope to do another castle cake soon to put everything I learned from this one into it! turrets: are fondant, flowers and trees are royal icing

Yum! Is all I can say about these! Were made to match a "tiffany blue" themed party! All I can say is that I am happy I finally made them!

This is my first cake of its kind: non- traditional. I made it for my cousin's graduation party, he loves the drums. Sorry for the poor picture quality snapped a photo with my cell. I hope to make more cakes like this as it was fun. Although there are tons of things I would change, I was happy with my first try. BC icing and Rice krispy treats
Although every wilton graduate has this photo, I still like it. I guess deep down I am still a girly girl and love things athat are pretty and floral. ;)
