Sorry for the Crappy pic. This was a request for a cake to celebrate a neices's birth of 1 month, go figure. I was given the OK to design it anyway I liked, so this is what I came up with. This was my 1st tiered cake & it wasn't as hard as I thougth it would be. Vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries & cream cheese filling on the bottom & top tiers and the middle tier was fresh banana & whipped cream, all frosted in Buttercream Dream & MMF decorations.
1 layer Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Cream Chesse Filling & 1 layer Vanilla Cake with Fresh Strawberry & Whipped Cream filling
Vanilla & Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
French vanilla cake with Oreo buttercream filling,covered with Whipped cream & chocolate Ganache.
White cake filled with peanut butter buttercream.
Vanilla chiffon cake with fresh strawberries & whipped cream with mini vanilla cake & strawberry cakes.
My first real attempt at working with fondant. I think I did OK for a rookie. The customer loved it.
