I put a picture of a 2 tiered zebra cake on an advertising coupon and have gotten bombarded with orders for zebra cakes. This is a variation. Customer wanted teal. 10" and 8" covered in fondant with fondant accents. Funky letter tappits.
Customer asked for green and yellow frogs for a baby shower cake because it matched the bedding for the nursery. Never could get a picture of the theme, so just winged it and came up with this. It is a 12x18 rect, white cake with lemon cream filling. Frogs and decorations were made from fondant and top is airbrushed blue. Customer was pleased.
I did this for a customer today. It is a 10" white with buttercream. Fondant accents and funky letter tappits.
I made this cake during my Wilton classes. It was my first fondant bow and fondant covered cake.
I made this cake for all the children in my child's pre-school class. They took one day to celebrate all the childrens' birthdays. I used the footed Wilton cake stand. The bottom layer was white cake with chocolate buttercream filling. The top 2 small cakes were choclate cake dipped in tinted chocolate. Covered in sprinkles and used the Wilton candles. I used a fondant form for the letters. In retrospect, I would have used smaller letters. But otherwise it turned out okay.
I made this cake during my Wilton Classes for a 40th birthday. Unfortunately I did not take a picture after the tissue was removed from the bow. It was also my first tiered cake. The cake is chocolate with oreo filling on both tiers and covered in fondant with fondant accents.

This cake was made for my son's 12th birthday. He was very specific in what he wanted. He wanted all his favorite teams...the Spurs, the Yankees and the Cowboys. I was able to figure out a design to incorporate them all. They were all decorated with fondant.
