I made this cake for a friend of mine. This is the 3rd wedding of people I know that are getting married in these colors. I just love them. I think they are very elegant! 4tier (12,10,8,6) covered in buttercream, scrollwork in buttercream with fresh roses. Flavors were lemon and red velvet. TFL!!! :D

S'mores cupcake with Marshmallow Creme buttercream (recipe here on CC), Chocolate ganache, and graham cookie crumbs. Yesterday (7/16/09) was my 4th wedding anniversary. I was really busy so I didn't really want to make a whole cake. I decided on cupcakes, something different. So I found this recipe for S'mores cupcakes and I had to try it! My hubby and parents loved them! This is definitely a keeper! I got the cupcake recipe from cupcakestakethecake blogspot! TFL!

Everything was set... then my dad hurt his back last week, was in the hospital 2, and waiting for his doc that is on vacation! So... no trip for him. My sister came and she is staying for 2 weeks and we made him a small dinner. I made this for him, Marble cake (8in) with buttercream frosting and Michelle FOster's Fondant accents. TFL

This was my niece's Quiceañera cake! It was my first topsy tuvy and it was a success. Marble cake, chocolate buttercream filling, covered in Buttercream. I added some feathers on top and her name "Miros" (short for Miroslava, lol) in NFSC with RI. It was actually purple and black, but the pictures all came out as blue. oh well. TFL!!
