Zebra Stripes With Heart
I have to give a huge shout out to DSmo for the instructions on this cake!! It's all buttercream, and thanks to her instructions, I was able to easily do this cake! I did write Happy Birthday on it, but I like it better without the writing. (I tried to talk the customer into just an initial in the center, but the child wanted Happy Birthday.)

Green And Blue Topsy Turvy Cake
My 2nd Topsy Turvy cake for my niece's 7th birthday party. It was yellow cake with french vanilla pudding added, and all buttercream frosting. 6" and 8" tiers. (I don't know why it uploaded turned like that. When I open the picture on my computer, it's turned the correct way.)

Topsy-Turvy Cake
My first Topsy-turvy cake! I don't like how the top layer isn't completely straight and how the 2nd layer isn't centered (I cut the circle in the wrong place), but overall, I think it looks pretty good for my first! It's all buttercream. The top and bottom tiers are yellow cake and the middle is chocolate. The bottom says "Faith Academy", the middle layer says "08-09" and the top layer has a sword that has a cross on the top (part of the school emblem.

Strawberries And Cream
I was teaching my friend how easy and fun simple cakes can be, so this one isn't perfect. (We just ate it ourselves, so I wasn't as picky about mistakes. I just wanted to demonstrate the basics) There are also sliced fresh strawberries in between the layers. It's all buttercream, using Viva papertowel method for smoothing.
