this is our version of Melvira's wonderful cake. my hubby made it just 2 hours start to finish, i was so proud of him. my son LOVED it. bottom layer is dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling & the top is yellow cake with whipped cream (my son's fav). covered in MMF & then airbrushed black, Jack's face is MMF & then drawn with black food marker. also made cookies to match THANK YOU MELVIRA!!! :)

But heard some bad reviews about that way. So I used Wilton's Pastel Silicone Baking Cups & they cupcakes fit perfectly in the cones.**

lemon NFSC w/lemon MMF & royal icing flower. These are for a bachelorette party. The bride wanted a hula girl but ONLY the torso (????) she gave me a picture & the cookie cutter was made from it. I like them but if I ever make them again I will make a new cutter & change a few things.

Lightning Mcqueen Cookies

lemon NFSC w/raspberry royal icing. The red is air brushed on. I try not to make the same cookie twice unless they are asked for specifically. They wanted the lightning bolt but I surprised him with the extras, the birthday boy LOVED them.
