This is a cake a did for a friend's son. He was having a horse riding party, so we went with the cowboy print theme. This design was inspired by a couple of boween's great cakes.
This is the transformers cake I did. I was not sure what to do with this particular theme in the beginning, but after searching about transformers on the internet I was able to come up with a few ideas. The masks on the sides are made with gumpaste and mimic the transformers logos for both the good and the bad guys. The truck on top is one of the transformers in his car state. I think his name is Optimus Prime. The truck is also done in gumpast (and took me forever).

A friends of mine has a son who plays little league football. These cupcakes were made to match their helmets, which are the same as the NFL Viking helmets.

This is a picture of the smash cake I did for my nephews first birthday. It is the Baby Einstein caterpillar. I used the mini half ball pan for the cake. The whole thing is done with buttercream.
This cake design was inspired by a Sugar Creations cake. It is a 6" and 8" iced in buttercream with fondant accents. This cake was for my nephews first birthday and his favorite Baby Einstein puppet is the dog, so that is why I put the dog on top.
This cake was done for our fathers's day cook out. The cake is actually a dummy cake. I had all of the pieces done (the hamburgers and the cake board) and had started decorating the cake. As I was moving the cake from my counter to my table, I dropped it on the floor. I did not want all of the work I had already done to go to waste so I decided to go ahead and do the grill on a cake dummy.
This picture is what is left of the cake I was doing for father's day. As you can see I got the burger and the board done, but there is no cake. That is because I dropped the cake on the floor while icing. It was going to be a grill with a few more burger patties on it with the complete burger to the side. I could kick myself.
