Bud Light
I did the cake for a birthday party. The body of the bottle is 6" round cakes cut in half and the top is a half a ball using the ball pan (also cut in half). The neck of the bottle is made out of rice krispies. The cake is covered and decorated with fondant. The script lettering is done by hand with a #1 tip.

Fire Chief Retirement
I did this cake for a retirement cake. This gentleman was the assistant fire chief and served his community for 32 years. The cake was made to look like the city logo for the fire department (the only differance being the back ground color that is black in the actual logo). The cake is done in buttercream using the diamond impression mat, and all of the decoration is done in fondant.

Interstate Signs
This is the grooms cake for my cousins wedding (part two of the wedding gift). The design was inspired by a Charm City Cakes design. The original cake had post cards instead of interstate signs though. The interstate signs represent places that were important to the couple (where they met, where they got engaged, where they got married, etc.). The cake is done in buttercream. The "roads" are painted on with black airbrush coloring, and the hash marks are piped on. Interstate signs are edible images.

Beachside Blue
I did this cake as a wedding gift for my cousin. The wedding was on the beach in NC and I live in TX, so I had to either ship or take all of my cake supplies and gumpaste pieces. The flowers were actually my carry on in the plane. The cake is done in buttercream with fondant accents. The calla lilies are done in gumpaste.

Footprints
This is a baby shower cake that I did to match the invitations. The cake is done in buttercream with fondant accents. The feet are done by using a rubber stamp. I painted the black paste coloring onto the stamp, and then stamped the print onto the green fondant. I then cut the fondant out and applied the whole piece to the side of the cake. The bow is done in gumpaste with royal icing "stiching"
