Cars Movie, Cake For Little Boy
Topper is a toy the client purchased. Checkers & lettering are fondant, checkered flags are cookies with fondant, Route 66 sign is cookie with fondant, brick road on top is fondant done with impression mat. (See my second photo for better side view of cacti, rocks etc.) Thanks to SO many of the members for submitting your Cars cakes on here. I scrolled through 25 pages of them getting inspiration. Special thanks to Pish for her cake design. I was inspired by it.

Aqua Madhatter For Bat Mitzvah
(I think I went a little overboard on the wire decorations, whoops! LOL) This cake design copied her invitations for the Bat Mitzvah. Buttercream-iced cakes with fondant details & gumpaste/wire decorations and banner. I hand-cut the "E" topper (made two, they were so fragile I was scared I was going to break one!)

Wintery Mad Hatter For Two Grooms
I'm so happy it snowed last night for this couple! They came up to Toronto from California for their wedding and asked for a wintery-themed Mad Hatter cake using their sage green/grey wedding colours. The toppers are groom cookies that I made in their likenesses with their wedding attire. Had fun with them, but we did all the arrangements by email and I'm so sad I didn't get a chance to meet them in person!

Hombre In Sombrero
A big thanks to so many people on here who posted their versions of this funny cake! (Stylishbite, ConnieSue, cncgirl00, icingonthecupcakes, spoiledtoodef, mimimil and others I am missing!!!) I took the design and used it to create a fun 4" x 5" cookie favour for a Mexican-themed bridal shower this past Sunday. All cut by hand. NFSC recipe + my Antonia74 royal icing recipe. The 5 o'clock shadow was stippled on with black food colouring and a stencil brush...faster than doing all those dots in icing!

St.patrick's Day Wedding Mad Hatter
This wedding was SO themed and fun! The table were all named after counties in Ireland, there was green glitter on the tables, shamrocks everywhere, green hydrangeas as floral bouquet centrepieces, gold coins and this crazy cake right in the middle. I used a dark chocolate NFSC as the topper inscribed with the bride & groom's name, gold chocolate coins, gumpaste shamrocks on wires, gumpaste gold "buckle" on the bottom tier. The cake was a 6"/9"/12" with quadruple-layers inside. Carrot, Choc & Banana tiers.
