Circus Themed Wedding
This is a cake I did for a circus themed wedding. It was inspired by a birthday cake on this site by heatherscakes. Buttercream iced, fondant decorations, edible circus performer pictures, ostrich feathers (wrapped in floral tape) on rotating layers of strawberry and creme bouquet cake. The bride wanted the inner layers to rotate with pink and white. Really fun to do!

Anniversary/renewal Of Vows
My first gumpaste roses! 12"/9"/6" covered in buttercream with fondant ribbon and gumpaste roses. If you want to learn roses the EASY way, look for the tutorial on this site called "How to make a rose with a 5 petal cutter" by Aine2. I could hug and kiss her for that tutorial!

Pink Popstar Birthday
9/6" covered in Whimsical Buttercream. All decorations are fondant. Got the idea of painting the flowers with stripes and dots from a topsy turvy contest winning cake on here! I generally cover all my cakes in regular buttercream which I can get perfectly smooth, so that is the one thing about this cake I wish was different. This is more of a whipped icing and that is what the family likes.
