The towers are all cake except the roofs of the towers are hollow (just fondant/gumpaste cones on top). Fun to do and a big hit with my 3 year old!

Retirement for a man who worked for 30 years for an organization serving those with mental illness and whose passion is firefighting, so I tried to incorporate everything. Boy, I find it impossible to get RED RED with meringue-based buttercream!
